Job Title: Resident Medical Officer (RMO) - ICU

Qualification: MBBS
Experience: ICU experience preferred (minimum 6 months to 1 year)

We are hiring a dedicated Resident Medical Officer (RMO) for our Intensive Care Unit (ICU). The role involves continuous monitoring and management of critically ill patients under the supervision of intensivists and senior consultants.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage ICU patients.
- Conduct regular rounds and document clinical progress.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and assist in critical care interventions.
- Assist with procedures such as intubation, central line placement (as per skillset).
- Collaborate with ICU nurses, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams.




- Maintain accurate patient records and prepare discharge summaries.
- Ensure adherence to hospital and ICU protocols including infection control.

Eligibility Criteria:
- MBBS degree from a recognized university with valid medical registration.
- Minimum 6 months of ICU or emergency department experience preferred.
- BLS/ACLS certification is a plus.

Salary & Perks:
- Salary: ₹3,00,000 per annum/month
- Accommodation: Provided free of cost within or near the hospital campus

Pay: Up to ₹70,000.00 per month
