*Job Title*: Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive

*Job Summary*:
*Key Responsibilities*:
- *Outbound Calling*: Make 80-120 calls daily to prospective customers from provided databases
- *Lead Generation*: Identify customer needs, qualify prospects, and generate sales leads
- *Product Pitching*: Explain product/service features, benefits, and pricing clearly over calls
- *CRM Management*: Update all call details, customer responses, and lead status in CRM/software daily
- *Target Achievement*: Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets set by management
- *Customer Handling*: Address customer queries, resolve basic objections, and escalate complex issues
- *Reporting*: Share daily call reports and lead status with the team lead/manager

*Required Skills & Qualifications*:
- *Education*: 12th pass / Graduate in any stream
- *Experience*: 0-3 years in telecalling, telesales,



or customer service preferred. Freshers with good communication can apply
- *Language*: Fluent in Hindi + English. Knowledge of regional language is a plus
- *Communication*: Clear speaking voice, active listening, and strong persuasion skills
- *Technical*: Basic computer knowledge, MS Excel, and ability to use CRM/dialer software
- *Traits*: Target-oriented, patient, confident, and able to handle rejection
