Collect, prepare, and process patient specimens (blood, urine, tissue, etc.) for analysis
- Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests following standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory instruments and analyzers
- Record, verify, and interpret test results accurately in the laboratory information system (LIS)
- Ensure all testing meets hospital quality assurance and infection control standards
- Communicate critical results promptly to physicians or nursing staff
- Maintain accurate documentation, logs, and records of all tests performed
- Follow all safety, biohazard, and confidentiality protocols
- Participate in internal and external quality control programs and proficiency testing




- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field
- Valid Punjab Laboratory Technician Certification from a recognization institute
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a clinical or hospital laboratory preferred
- Knowledge of hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, and serology testing procedures
- Proficiency with laboratory analyzers, microscopes, and computerized lab systems

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
