Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons using play-way and activity-based learning methods.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom setting.
- Develop children’s basic skills in language, numeracy, social interaction, and motor development.
- Monitor and assess student progress regularly.
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding child development.
- Organize classroom activities, celebrations, and events.
- Ensure discipline and promote positive behavior in the classroom.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduation with NTT / D.El.Ed / Montessori Training (preferred).
- Prior experience in pre-primary teaching will be an advantage.
- Good communication skills.
- Patience, creativity, and love for working with young children.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
