1. Store Fit-Outs & Execution
- Coordinate with architects, vendors, and internal teams for recent store setups
- Ensure design intent is executed accurately across materials, layouts, and finishes
- Visit sites regularly to monitor progress and resolve on-ground challenges
- Maintain consistency across all store formats
2. Visual Merchandising (VM)
- Develop and implement VM guidelines across stores
- Execute window displays, in-store styling, and seasonal concepts
- Ensure stores are visually aligned with ongoing campaigns
- Conduct regular VM audits and improvements
3. Retail Experience & Aesthetics
- Enhance in-store experience through lighting, props, fixtures, and layouts
- Work closely with marketing to translate campaigns into store environments
- Continuously bring fresh, relevant ideas to elevate store appeal
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
