Job Description - Service Technician

Role & Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and maintenance services for machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues through effective troubleshooting and repair.
- Install, configure, and test machinery to ensure smooth operation.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and enhance machine performance.
- Provide technical guidance and support to customers regarding equipment use and problem-solving.
- Assist in projects involving installation, servicing, and maintenance activities.
- Analyse recurring technical problems and suggest long-term solutions.

Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong technical knowledge of machinery, systems, and repair techniques.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills for both technical and non-technical interactions.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport.
- Time management and organizational skills for handling multiple tasks.




- Adaptability in a fast-paced industrial setting.
- Hands-on experience with refrigeration/HVAC systems will be an added advantage.

Qualifications
- ITI (Electrical/Wireman/Fitter) or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- 5-7 years of experience in the machinery/manufacturing industry.
