About Bober

Bober Tea is a premium artisan café brand originating from Singapore, with multiple locations across the United States. The brand entered India with its first café in Gurugram in 2025 and is now expanding across major cities. We are building a design-led premium café brand focused on strong identity, experience, and consistency.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Brand Designer who can help maintain and scale Bober’s visual identity across cafés, packaging, social media, and marketing campaigns. This role is for someone who understands branding and wants to work on a rapid-growing consumer brand.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain Bober’s visual identity across all touchpoints
- Design social media creatives and campaign assets
- Work on café branding, packaging, and marketing materials
- Support franchise marketing assets
- Ensure design consistency as the brand expands
- 2-3 years experience in graphic or brand design
- Experience with consumer brands,



agencies, or startups preferred
- Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to manage multiple projects independently

Skills Required:
- Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
- Typography and layout fundamentals
- Social media design
- Print design basics

Portfolio is mandatory.
