Role Overview

We are seeking a high ownership individual to work closely with the Founder as a strategic execution partner.

This role owns business systems, operations, growth initiatives, new product integrations, and development of new business verticals.

You will translate vision into action, build scalable systems, drive accountability, and continuously improve organizational and revenue performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Translate the Founder’s vision and priorities into clear execution plans, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes
- Build, implement, and continuously optimize SOPs, KRAs, KPIs, and MIS dashboards
- Own execution tracking, follow-ups, and accountability across teams
- Lead HR operations including hiring, onboarding, role clarity, performance reviews, and discipline




- Act as a problem-solver and decision enabler for the Founder and leadership
- Drive and support revenue growth initiatives in coordination with sales teams
- Develop and execute new business verticals, from idea validation to execution and scale
- Identify, integrate, and scale new products aligned with market demand and company vision
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts for launching recent products or initiatives
- Plan and execute internal training programs to improve team capability and execution quality
- Attend key leadership meetings, prepare MOMs, convert discussions into action items, and ensure closure

Ideal Profile
- 5+ years of experience in product, operations, growth, or business management roles
- Strong business acumen with a systems-first, execution-driven mindset
- Highly comfortable with numbers, analytics, MIS reporting, and structured documentation
- Comfortable with technology and tools; interest in AI,
