Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversation

- Upsell complementary products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales volume

- Support inventory management through stocking, merchandising, and conducting regular stock checks to ensure product availability

Qualifications
- Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in grocery stores or similar environments
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic cashiering procedures
- Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership qualities in team settings is a plus
- Ability to perform retail math accurately for transactions, pricing, and inventory counts
