Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome walk-in visitors in a skilled and friendly manner
- Handle incoming calls and route them to the appropriate departments
- Make outbound calls to clients/leads as per company requirements
- Maintain call records and follow-up sheets
- Explain basic services/products to potential customers over the phone
- Schedule appointments and maintain meeting calendars
- Manage visitor logs and handle courier/delivery records
- Keep the reception area clean and organized at all times
- Influencer:
- Create and share engaging, authentic content across social media platforms
- Promote brand products or services in alignment with campaign goals and brand values
- Build and maintain trust and engagement with followers
- Increase brand awareness, reach,
and audience growth
- Collaborate with brands, agencies, and marketing teams on campaigns
- Attend events, launches, or promotional activities as required
- Follow content guidelines, deadlines, and posting schedules
- Monitor performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions
- Provide feedback and insights from audience interactions
- Maintain a positive, professional personal brand online
