Process Executive - Site Operations

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the project site
- Maintain customer records and update lead status in CRM
- Coordinate with presales and sales teams for smooth customer experience

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil & English (spoken and written)
- CRM knowledge:
- Experience in Real Estate / Site Operations:
- Solid customer handling skills with a positive attitude
- Ability to join immediately
