Market Activator Trainer

We are looking for a self-driven Market Activator Trainer to lead on-ground market activation activities in rural and semi-urban areas. The role involves training field teams and women entrepreneurs, coordinating with local institutions, and driving participation and lead generation through community-based marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Train and skill-build field staff and women community members for market activation
- Conduct and manage on-ground marketing and experiential activities
- Work closely with local administrative bodies, SHGs, NGOs, MFIs, Anganwadis, and government institutions
- Identify, onboard, and train women entrepreneurs and banking correspondents
- Ensure adherence to marketing schedules and processes
- Monitor participation, lead generation, and conversion performance
- Coordinate with community influencers and local stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience




- Minimum 2+ years experience in rural/semi-urban market development
- Strong communication, presentation, and convincing skills
- Basic digital skills (smartphone and mobile apps)
- Experience in Telecom / Insurance / Fintech / Banking Correspondent roles preferred
- Good interpersonal and team-handling skills
- Ability to train and mentor field teams
- Process-oriented and self-motivated

Eligibility
- Graduate (mandatory)
- Age:21-35 years:
- Fluent in Hindi and local district language:
- Must own a two-wheeler and smartphone
