Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Admission Counselorto join our team. The primary responsibility will be to guide aspiring students and their parents about various career opportunities in the Animation, VFX, Gaming, and Graphic Design industry. You will be the first point of contact for the institute, responsible for converting inquiries into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities
- Student Counseling: Providing detailed information to walk-in inquiries and online leads regarding professional courses (2D/3D Animation, VFX, etc.).
- Lead Management: Handling telephonic inquiries, following up on leads consistently, and maintaining a high conversion rate.
- Career Guidance: Understanding a student's interests and suggesting the most suitable curriculum to help them achieve their career goals.
- Target Achievement:



Meeting monthly and quarterly admission targets as set by the management.
- Database Management: Maintaining accurate records of all leads, follow-ups, and student registrations in Excel or CRM software.
- Event Participation: Assisting in organizing seminars, career fairs, and workshops to promote the institute’s programs.

Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Any Graduate (Bachelor’s degree). A background in Fine Arts or Design is a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in counseling, sales, or front-office roles (Education sector experience preferred).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Personality: Highly confident, empathetic, and possess robust convincing skills with a professional appearance.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and comfortable using social media for basic lead tracking.
