About the Role

We are looking for a creative and strategic Scriptwriter & Visual Content Planner who can transform ideas, interviews, and long-form content into compelling video scripts with clear visual direction. This role requires someone who not only writes exceptionally well but also understands how content translates on screen.

Key Responsibilities
- Write engaging scripts for corporate films, brand videos, social media reels, YouTube content, interviews, and leadership profiling videos.
- Edit long-format video content (30-35 minute podcasts) into engaging and polished videos
- Break scripts into visual segments with clear instructions for editors.
- Suggest visual elements such as:
○ B-roll placements

○ On-screen text & lower thirds

○ Data graphics & infographics

○ Background music cues

Transitions and pacing
- Structure content with strong storytelling flow (Hook → Context → Insight → Value → CTA).
- Ensure content is aligned with brand tone and audience expectations.




- Collaborate with video editors, designers, and marketing teams to execute high-quality output.
- Optimize scripts for engagement and retention across digital platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong content writing and summarization skills.
- Ability to think visually while writing scripts.
- Understanding of video formats (Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Basic knowledge of video editing language and structure.
- Solid storytelling and narrative-building ability.
- Attention to detail and clarity in communication.

Preferred Skills
- Experience working with marketing or branding teams.
- Understanding of audience psychology and digital engagement metrics.
- Prior experience in scriptwriting for corporate or leadership-focused content.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
