Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end US recruitment for IT positions
- Understand and work on W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models
- Coordinate with US clients and account managers:
- Ensure quick turnaround time (TAT) for requirements

Required Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in US recruitment:
- Valuable understanding of the US staffing lifecycle:
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written English)
- Experience with US job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.)
- Ability to work in night shift and meet deadlines
- Strong negotiation and closing skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
