1. Asset Management & Tracking
- Maintain accurate records of all IT & Non-IT assets.
- Ensure 100% asset tagging (barcode/RFID) and system entry.
- Track asset allocation, movement, transfer, and return.
- Maintain updated asset register in IT Asset Management software such as:
- ServiceNow
- ManageEngine AssetExplorer
- Freshservice
- Snipe-IT
- SAP ERP

2. IT Asset Lifecycle Management
- Manage asset issuance, installation, configuration, and decommissioning.
- Maintain hardware & software inventory records.
- Track software licenses and ensure compliance.
- Monitor warranty, AMC, and subscription renewals.
- Ensure proper documentation during employee onboarding and exit formalities.

3. Inventory & Stock Control




- Monitor IT stock levels (laptops, desktops, servers, peripherals).
- Conduct quarterly/half-yearly physical audits.
- Reconcile physical assets with system data.
- Minimize asset loss and discrepancies.

4. Software License Management
- Maintain software license inventory and usage tracking.
- Ensure compliance with vendor licensing agreements.
- Avoid over-licensing or under-licensing risks.
- Prepare license audit reports.

Pay: ₹233,567.48 - ₹600,000.00 per year
