Summary of the Role:
To learn and assist in operating chemical plant equipment and processes safely and efficiently, while gaining practical knowledge of plant operations, safety standards, and quality control.

Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
- Understand and assist in operating chemical plant machinery and equipment under supervision.
- Learn to monitor process parameters such as temperature, pressure, and flow rates.
- Gain knowledge of raw material handling, mixing, and chemical reactions in the production process.
- Observe and participate in routine checks and preventive maintenance of plant equipment.
- Develop skills in documentation and reporting of operational data and incidents.




- Learn safety protocols and emergency procedures for handling chemicals and plant operations.
- Collaborate with plant operators and engineers to understand workflow and process optimization.

Requirements(education, experience, competencies and specific job requirements):
Familiarity with basic chemical plant equipment (pumps, valves, reactors).

Basic knowledge of chemistry and industrial processes.

Passed out within the last two years.

Education / Certification:
ITI - Attendant Operator (Chemical Plant).
