Job Title: Telecaller / Customer Relationship Executive - Interior Design

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided databases and inquiries
- Handle inbound calls from customers interested in interior design services
- Explain company services such as residential, commercial, modular kitchen, and renovation solutions
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales and design team
- Schedule site visits, consultations, and meetings with designers
- Maintain accurate call records and update CRM or lead management systems
- Follow up with interested customers and nurture leads
- Address basic customer queries regarding pricing, timelines, and services
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum education: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
- Experience as a telecaller,



customer support, or sales executive (interior/real estate preferred)
- Fluency in Marathi, Hindi and English (preferred)
- Good communication, persuasion, and listening skills
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling
- Presentable, polite, and customer-friendly attitude
