Job Summary:
The CNC Plasma Cutting Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC plasma cutting machines to cut metal components according to specifications. This role requires precision, technical knowledge, and adherence to safety standards to ensure high-quality output.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC plasma cutting machines for production tasks.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and cutting programs.
- Load and secure metal sheets or plates on the machine bed.
- Monitor cutting operations and make adjustments to maintain accuracy.
- Inspect finished parts for quality and dimensional accuracy.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues.
- Maintain records of production and machine performance.
- Follow all safety protocols and ensure a clean work environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
- Experience in CNC plasma cutting or similar CNC operations.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of CNC programming and machine controls.
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
- Basic understanding of metallurgy and material properties.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods and handle heavy materials.
- Positive vision and manual dexterity.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
