Key Responsibilities & Requirements.
- Must 6 months to 1 Year of experience.
- Shipping & Logistic industry.
- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers
- Explain company products/services clearly
- Answer customer questions and handle objections
- Follow up on leads and maintain call records
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
- Update customer information in CRM system
- Valuable communication skills (Hindi/English/Regional language)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
- Location Navi Mumbai Kharghar.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
