Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and organized Office Boy/Peon to join our dynamic team. The Office Boy/Peon will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations within the office environment. This position offers an excellent prospect to contribute to the efficiency of our Jewelry company by providing essential support services.
- Maintain Office Cleanliness: Ensure the office premises, including work areas, washrooms, meeting rooms, workstations, kitchen and common areas, are clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
- Assist with Office Setup: Help with setting up workstations, meeting rooms, and other office spaces as needed. This includes arranging furniture, equipment, and ensuring all necessary supplies are available.
- Provide Refreshments: Assist in preparing and serving refreshments such as tea, coffee, and snacks for meetings, clients, and employees.
- Monitor and Replenish Office Supplies:



Keep track of office supplies inventory and ensure adequate stock levels. Place orders for replenishment as necessary and maintain relationships with suppliers.
- Run Errands: Perform errands outside the office premises, such as purchasing office supplies, collecting documents, or delivering packages.
- Handle Waste Disposal: Properly dispose of waste and recyclable materials according to company policies and regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month

Schedule:
- Day shift (10 AM to 7 PM)
- Fixed shift

Education:
- Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

Experience:
- Total work: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: Ghee Walo Ka Rasta, Johari Bazaar, Jaipur (302003)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
