Pre-Sales Executive Real Estate
Experience: 2-3 Years
Industry: Real Estate / Construction
Location: Pimpri, Pune.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound & outbound calls for residential projects
- Generate and qualify leads from portals, campaigns & databases
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with sales team
- Maintain lead data and follow-ups in CRM
- Achieve daily calling and lead conversion targets
Key Skills:
- Pre-sales / telecalling experience in real estate
- Lead generation & qualification
- CRM handling
- Positive communication & persuasion skills
Qualification: Graduate
