We are looking for bold, disciplined, and proactive Field Repossession Agents to join our vehicle seizure team. This is a specialized role that requires quick thinking, negotiation skills, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations on the field.
- Key Responsibilities:_
- Locate and identify vehicles assigned for repossession based on provided data.
- Execute the seizure/repossession of vehicles as per legal guidelines and company protocols.
- Coordinate with the back-office team and local authorities if required during the process.
- Ensure the protected transport of seized vehicles to the designated yard.
- You are welcome to bring your own small team (driver/helpers) for field safety and faster seizure. (_Note: _Commission will be paid only to hired agent, who will be responsible for their own team's distribution.)
- Requirements (Must-Have):_
- Strong Personality: Ability to handle difficult conversations and field challenges firmly.
- Vehicle Knowledge: Basic understanding of vehicles (Cars/Bikes) and how to identify them quickly.
- Own Transport:



Must have a personal vehicle (Bike/Scooter) and a valid Driving License.
- Smartphone: Ability to use GPS and reporting apps.
- Availability: Flexible mindset as there are no fixed time boundaries (Work is based on targets and leads).
- Salary & Compensation:_
- Purely Commission-Based:This is a performance-driven role.
- High Incentives:Earn a significant amount per successful seizure. The more you recover, the more you earn.
- No Fixed Salary: Best suited for hustlers who want to earn beyond a fixed monthly limit.
- Important Notes for Applicants:_
- This is NOT a desk job. 100% field-based work.
- We need people who are available to act quickly when a lead is generated.
- Prior experience in debt recovery, security, or repossession will be a major plus.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
