Responsibilities include performing refractions, diagnosing vision issues, dispensing spectacles/contact lenses, and assisting customers in frame selection to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Conducting comprehensive eye exams, testing visual acuity and prescribing corrective lenses.
Assisting customers in selecting frames and lenses, recommending lens coatings/add-ons, and driving sales targets.
Maintaining accurate patient records, managing inventory, and handling daily stock-taking.
Advising on product warranties, maintenance, and providing post-sale support.
