Role Objective

Core Responsibilities
- Draft and review contracts including service agreements, vendor agreements, NDAs, and partnership documents.
- Prepare structured legal documentation and maintain records.
- Support compliance management, tracking, and regulatory follow-ups.
- Draft legal letters, notices, and official communications to companies and stakeholders.
- Assist in legal research related to corporate, commercial, and digital regulations.
- Coordinate with internal departments for legal documentation and approvals.
- Liaise with external legal advisors for documentation and execution support.
- Support risk identification and standardization of legal templates and processes.

Learning & Exposure
- Hands-on exposure to corporate contract drafting and documentation.
- Understanding of compliance frameworks and legal operations in a growing organization.
- Experience in legal communication, documentation flow, and stakeholder coordination.

Eligibility Criteria
- Final-year law student / recent LL.B. graduate / legal fresher.
- Strong drafting, documentation, and research capability.
- Basic understanding of corporate, contract, and commercial law.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational discipline.
- Positive written communication and professional coordination skills.

Stipend / Compensation
- Internship: Performance-based stipend.
- Fresher/Assistant Role: Entry-level salary aligned with capability and performance.
