We are seeking a disciplined and detail-oriented Operations & Compliance Executive to support our environmental compliance operations.
The role primarily involves client coordination, documentation management, data processing, reporting, and regulatory support activities related to Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR).
Key Responsibilities
- Support compliance activities related to Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with clients for collection of data, documentation, and compliance-related information.
- Prepare, verify, and maintain compliance records and regulatory submissions.
- Handle data processing, record maintenance, and report preparation using MS Excel and other office tools.
- Prepare and submit periodic and ad-hoc reports as per business and compliance requirements.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities for clarification and compliance-related matters.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely execution of all assigned tasks.
- Follow internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and escalate issues when required.
Skills & Abilities
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Ability to handle documentation and maintain organized records.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Responsible, disciplined, and process-oriented mindset.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Law, Commerce, Management, or any related discipline.
- Experience in operations, documentation, compliance support, or reporting roles will be preferred.
Preference
- 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in operations or MIS roles.
- Hands-on working experience with MS Office tools (especially Advance Excel).
- Willingness to learn regulatory processes.
- Continuous improvement mindset with a responsible and skilled approach.
