Position: Sales & Marketing Assistant

Location: Andheri West, Mumbai
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Salary: As per experience

Role Overview:
Support sales and marketing activities for Japanese food products in the Indian market, including market research, client acquisition, and coordination with restaurants and hospitality partners.

Key Responsibilities:1. Market Research
- Analyze trends in the Indian F&B; market
- Identify potential clients (restaurants, retailers, hospitality groups)
- Track competitor products, pricing, and positioning

2. Sales & Business Development
- Reach out to potential clients and support lead generation
- Maintain relationships with existing clients
- Handle customer inquiries and ensure timely responses
- Support in achieving sales targets
- Provide product knowledge and basic client training

3. Marketing Support
- Assist in creating product catalogues, presentations, and promotional materials
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities




- Coordinate events, product tastings, and chef collaborations

4. Coordination & Operations
- Maintain sales records, pricing sheets, and client database
- Track client interactions and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and logistics
- Monitor stock availability and delivery schedules

Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Client handling & negotiation abilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace
- Good organizational and research skills

Preferred Profile:
- Experience in sales/marketing (F&B; preferred)
- Exposure to restaurants or hospitality industry
- Interest in food products, especially Japanese cuisine
- Willingness to travel for client meetings

Job Types: Full-time, Part time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
