Operational Control: Overseeing the front-of-house and kitchen, managing daily schedules, and ensuring tasks are completed during peak hours.
- Customer Service: Greeting guests, managing reservations, and resolving complaints promptly.
- Staff Leadership: Assigning duties, training recent hires, and providing feedback to ensure consistent service.
- Safety & Cleanliness: Ensuring strict adherence to hygiene standards and food safety regulations, including checking walk-in fridges and cleaning schedules.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
