Key Responsibilities
- Edit documentary-style videos, interviews, and real-life storytelling content
- Organize and manage raw footage, audio, and supporting materials
- Create engaging narratives through effective sequencing and pacing
- Add music, sound effects, subtitles, and basic motion graphics
- Perform color correction and basic color grading
- Sync audio and video professionally
- Collaborate with directors, content creators, and marketing teams
- Ensure final videos meet quality standards and deadlines
- Revise edits based on feedback

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
- Strong understanding of storytelling and documentary formats
- Experience in editing interviews and long-form content
- Knowledge of audio editing and sound design




- Basic knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects is a plus)
- Attention to detail and creativity
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in documentary filmmaking or journalism
- Knowledge of YouTube and digital media platforms
- Portfolio or samples of previous documentary work
- Familiarity with social media video formats
