About Richmond Buyers Agents:
We are a buyers-only luxury real estate advisory firm operating Pan India. We work exclusively for property buyers — never developers. We need someone who can build and run performance campaigns that generate qualified buyer leads from day one.

About the role:
Richmond Buyers Agents is hiring a Performance Marketing Executive to own all paid advertising across Google Search, Meta, and LinkedIn. This is a hands-on execution role — you will set up, manage, optimise, and report on campaigns targeting high-net-worth property buyers across India and NRI markets. Our sales associate is in place and needs a qualified lead pipeline from day one.

What you will do:
- Set up and manage Google Search campaigns targeting buyers actively searching for property advisory in Gurgaon and Pan India
- Build and run Meta campaigns for retargeting website visitors and reaching HNI audiences




- Run LinkedIn Lead Gen campaigns targeting CXOs, senior professionals, NRIs, and business owners
- Write ad copy, brief creatives to the design team, and test multiple variations simultaneously
- Track CPL, conversion rate, and ROAS across all platforms and optimise weekly
- Deliver a weekly performance report every Friday
- Set up and maintain tracking — Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and LinkedIn Insight Tag
- Manage monthly ad budgets responsibly

Must have:
- Google Ads — minimum 1 year hands-on experience
- Meta Ads Manager — minimum 1 year
- LinkedIn Campaign Manager experience
- Lead generation campaigns for services — not e-commerce
- Google Analytics setup and reporting
- Pixel and tracking setup
- Immediate joining

Valuable to have:
- Google Ads certification
- Real estate or financial services campaign experience
- HNI or luxury brand campaign experience
- NRI audience targeting experience
