Chai Waale is hiring enthusiastic and reliable Store Assistants / Team Members for its outlets in Chennai. This is an excellent opportunity to grow with one of Tamil Nadu’s leading tea retail brands operating 55+ outlets.

As a Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing beverages and snacks, maintaining store hygiene, and supporting daily store operations.





Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and take orders efficiently
- Prepare and serve tea, beverages, and snacks as per company standards
- Maintain cleanliness of store, kitchen, and customer areas
- Monitor stock levels and inform management for replenishment
- Work collaboratively with team members
- Follow company policies and food safety guidelines
