Job Summary

The Night Shift Receptionist will be responsible for managing front-desk operations during evening and night hours. The role includes handling patient/client inquiries, coordinating appointments, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth front-office functioning while upholding professionalism, confidentiality, and service standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk during night hours and serve as the first point of contact for visitors, patients, and callers.
- Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and basic information requests in a polite and professional manner.
- Register patients/clients, verify details, and maintain accurate front-office records.
- Coordinate with clinical, nursing, and security staff as required during night operations.
- Monitor visitor movement and ensure safety and access control protocols are followed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.




- Handle basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and report maintenance.
- Escalate emergencies or urgent matters promptly to the concerned authority.
- Ensure confidentiality of patient/client information at all times.

Eligibility & Qualifications
- Minimum qualification:12th pass / Graduate preferred.
- Prior experience as a receptionist or front-desk executive is an advantage; freshers may also apply.
- Willingness to work night shifts is mandatory.

Required Skills:
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Skilled appearance and courteous behavior.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, appointment systems).
- Ability to remain calm and alert during night hours.
- Strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
