Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC VMC machines as per job instructions and drawings.
- Perform tool changes, offsets, and fixture setups following process sheets.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and 3D models.
- Conduct routine checks on machine performance and tooling conditions.
- Maintain dimensional accuracy using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
- Monitor production quality, perform basic preventive maintenance, and assist in process improvements.
- Maintain production logs and ensure workplace safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications:
- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or Machinist trade.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in CNC or VMC machine operation.
- Sound knowledge of G-code, machining parameters, and tool offsets.
- Experience with FANUC, Siemens, or Mitsubishi control systems preferred.
- Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines.

Salary: Based on experience and skills (competitive industry rates).

Schedule: Day shift or rotational shifts (as required).

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
