Job Summary
- Key Responsibilities:_
Provide academic guidance to students, helping them select courses aligned with their interests and career aspirations.
Offer personalized counseling to enhance student success, motivation, and well-being.
Assist parents in setting educational goals and developing strategies for their child's academic achievement.
Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school administrators to address students’ academic needs.
Conduct virtual one-on-one counseling sessions, webinars, and group discussions on academic planning as required.
Support students in overcoming academic challenges and building effective study habits.
Stay updated on global educational trends, career opportunities, and university admissions processes.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress.
- Qualifications & Skills_
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
Proven experience in academic counseling,



preferably in an online education setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, approachable demeanor.
Ability to engage with students from diverse cultural and educational backgrounds.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in online learning platforms and virtual communication tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to motivate students.
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).

Pay: ₹13,924.71 - ₹40,000.00 per month
