We are looking for a reliable, punctual, and proactive Operations Captain to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is responsible, flexible with their time, and ready to take ownership during key deliveries and events.

You will not be required to come to the office daily. You only need to report when called for specific deliveries or events. This position offers a great balance between flexibility and earning potential through performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand project/client requirements and execute tasks efficiently
- Handle deliveries and on-ground operations as assigned
- Support event executions and ensure smooth delivery of services
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and contribute proactively during operations
- Maintain high levels of punctuality and professionalism while commuting to required locations
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with the team during active assignments
- Ensure timely completion of deliveries and event-related responsibilities

Two Hiring Models Available

Option 1: Performance-Driven Full-Time Role




- No daily office attendance required
- Report only when called during office hours for deliveries or events
- Fixed salary:₹18,000 - ₹20,000 per month:
- Additional incentives based on contributions, ownership, and performance during deliveries & events

Option 2: Fixed Commitment Full-Time Role
- No daily office attendance required
- Report only when called for deliveries and events
- Must commit to 5 events + 10 deliveries per month:
- Fixed salary:₹10,000 per month:
- Incentives for any deliveries or events completed above the minimum target

- Ready to commute to different locations within Bengaluru and nearby areas as per business needs
