About the role

Gagangiri Group is looking for a creative and driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow our digital presence across platforms. You will be responsible for end-to-end content creation, video editing, and performance-driven campaigns tailored to the real estate sector. This is a hands-on role requiring both creative and analytical skills.

Key responsibilities
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality videos and reels for property showcases, brand campaigns, and digital ads
- Design graphics, creatives, and marketing materials for real estate projects using Adobe tools
- Execute performance marketing campaigns and monitor metrics including reach, engagement, and conversions
- Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with project launches and brand goals
- Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and real estate marketing best practices
- Collaborate with Management to ensure messaging accuracy and brand consistency





Requirements:
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in social media content creation and management
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects for video editing
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator for graphic design
- Understanding of performance marketing — Meta Ads, Google Ads, or similar platforms
- Strong visual storytelling ability with a keen eye for aesthetics
- Knowledge of real estate content or willingness to learn the sector quickly
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Good to have
- Experience with drone footage editing or aerial property visuals
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics)
- Prior experience in a real estate, interior design, or architecture brand

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
