Role: Manager - Mechanical Construction (MPC)

Job Overview:
Responsible for the end-to-end execution of mechanical construction jobs, specifically for Brownfield projects, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to EPC schedules.

Key Accountabilities:
Site Execution: Single point of responsibility for site-related activities and MOC construction jobs.

Planning: Prepare monthly/weekly resource plans (manpower, material, and P&M;) in coordination with project planners.

Technical Oversight: Manage piping and structure shop fabrication, field erection sequences, and ITP compliance.

Safety & Compliance: Ensure job work safety in line with site-specific procedures and safe work permit protocols.

Vendor Management:



Coordinate with contractors for manpower mobilization and certify RA bills.

Required Skills:
Proficiency in reading P&IDs;, Isometrics, and Engineering drawings.

Knowledge of piping codes (ASME 31.3 and API) and UG piping procedures.

Ability to develop rigging plans and lifting schemes.

Strong analytical thinking for decision-making and conflict resolution.

Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Regular Employment: Age 25-27 years.

Fixed Term (2 yrs): Age up to 35 years.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
