Strong knowledge of submersible motor winding processes
- Technical problem-solving ability
- Leadership and team management
- Production planning and execution
- Quality awareness
- Basic computer knowledge (reporting, Excel)
- Monitor winding processes (stator/rotor winding, insulation, varnishing, etc.)
- Ensure correct wire gauge, turns, and insulation standards
- Troubleshoot technical issues in winding and assembly
- Ensure all motors meet quality standards and testing requirements
- Coordinate with QA team for inspections and improvements
- Reduce rejection and rework levels
- Supervise operators and helpers in the department
- Provide on-job training and skill development
- Maintain discipline and work culture
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
