Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Freight Forwarding Documentation Specialist. The role involves preparing and managing export documentation, coordinating with customers, and ensuring compliance with freight forwarding procedures. Responsibilities also include maintaining communication with shipping lines, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth shipment handling.

Qualifications
- Knowledge of Forwarding and Freight Forwarding processes and procedures




- Experience in Export documentation and Freight Transportation
- Solid Customer Service skills and the ability to manage client interactions effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in standard office software and documentation tools
- Understanding of relevant shipping regulations and compliance requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Prior experience in freight forwarding or logistics is an asset
- Minimum Experience of 4-5 Years is required.
- Good Knowledge of USA Tradelane

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
