We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to support our e-commerce sales by contacting customers, explaining products, and converting leads into orders. The role involves handling customer calls, follow-ups, and ensuring a smooth buying experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call potential and existing customers to inform them about products and offers
- Convert inquiries and leads into sales orders
- Follow up on pending orders and abandoned carts
- Handle customer questions and provide product information
- Maintain customer database and call records
- Coordinate with logistics/operations for order processing
- Achieve daily/weekly sales targets
Requirements:
- Valuable communication skills in [English/telugu]
- Basic computer knowledge
- Sales or telesales experience is a plus
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-friendly approach
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
