The Domestic Travel Sales Intern and Tour Agent will gain hands-on experience in travel sales by interacting with customers, understanding travel requirements, making outbound and inbound calls, and assisting in domestic flight and holiday package sales.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to understand travel requirements

Handle inbound customer calls and provide information on domestic travel services

Assist in selling domestic flight tickets and holiday packages

Explain fare rules, baggage policies, and basic travel guidelines to customers

Maintain accurate call logs, lead records, and follow-up details

Coordinate with senior sales executives for pricing approvals and bookings

Ensure timely follow-up with customers to improve conversion rates





Maintain professionalism and positive customer relationships at all times

Skills & Competencies Required

Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)

Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone

Basic knowledge or robust interest in travel and tourism

Willingness to learn sales techniques and customer handling

Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate / Pursuing Graduation (Any stream)

Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: ₹11,450.36 - ₹25,902.09 per month
