What You'll Do
- Guide clients through each stage of their journey, ensuring smooth execution of processes.
- Empower PMX members with queries related to their health plans, services, and next steps.
- Proactively assist clients in booking tests, scheduling appointments, and coordinating

therapy sessions.
- Act as the key liaison between clients and our clinical team, ensuring seamless

communication.
- Track and manage client interactions to provide timely assistance and follow-ups and

consistently anticipate needs.
- Educate clients on how to use our tech platform and navigate available services.
- Ensure every client feels valued, supported, and fully equipped to navigate their health

journey with confidence.

Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Client-facing role in healthcare, hospitality, or
