Key Responsibilities

Resolve queries efficiently and escalate complex issues when necessary

Ensure compliance with quality and process standards

Work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless customer service

Salary & Incentives

CTC: ₹36,000 - ₹38,000 per month

In-hand (Training Period - First 3 Months): ~₹30,000 - 32000

Performance Linked Incentive (PLI): Up to ₹1,000/month based on performance

Eligibility Criteria

Graduation (any stream) - Mandatory

Minimum 1 year of international customer support/customer handling experience (on paper)

Strong written communication skills

Flexible with rotational shifts and week-offs
