Key Responsibilities
- Conduct activity-based, child-centered learning
- Teach phonics to build early reading and pronunciation skills
- Use Montessori materials for hands-on learning
- Develop basic language, numeracy, and motor skills
- Maintain a safe and engaging classroom environment
- Assess student progress and communicate with parents

Requirements:
- Diploma/Certification in Montessori / Early Childhood Education:
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience:
