Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement and supply chain activities for raw materials, fabricated components, and engineering items.
- Coordinate with vendors for timely procurement of materials such as CS, SS, Alloy Steel, fittings, valves, and bought-out items.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery as per production schedules.
- Work closely with Production, Planning, Stores, and Quality teams for smooth material flow.
- Monitor inventory levels and support material planning to avoid shortages or excess stock.
- Handle vendor development, price negotiations, and supplier performance evaluation.
- Prepare purchase orders, maintain procurement records,



and update MIS/ERP data.
- Support cost optimization and improve supply chain efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures and quality requirements.

Skills Required:
- Good Communication Skills
- Vendor Management & Negotiation Skills
- Knowledge of Procurement, Inventory Control, and Supply Chain Processes
- Basic ERP/MIS Knowledge Preferred
- Understanding of fabrication drawings and engineering materials preferred
- 2-3 years experience in SCM within fabrication or heavy engineering industry.
- B.E. Mechanical or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
- Good communication and coordination skills required.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
