Job Title: Dispatcher - USA Logistics

Location: India

Shift Timing: USA Time Zone (Night Shift in India)

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Holidays: As per USA Federal Holidays

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and dispatch drivers for assigned routes and loads
- Communicate professionally with drivers, brokers, and customers
- Monitor shipments and update dispatch systems in real time
- Ensure compliance with U.S. DOT and Hours of Service (HOS) regulations
- Address and resolve operational issues, delays, and exceptions

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in logistics or transportation is an added advantage
