Job Summary:
Commi Chef supports the kitchen team in food preparation, cooking, and maintaining hygiene standards. Works under the guidance of senior chefs like CDP/Sous Chef.

Responsibility
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparation of ingredients (cutting, chopping, marination)
- Cook basic dishes as per standard recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen area
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Ensure proper storage of food items (FIFO method)
- Support senior chefs during service hours
- Handle kitchen equipment safely
- Maintain stock levels and inform seniors when needed
- Follow instructions given by Head Chef / CDP
