About the Role*

Our team is looking for a User Experience Researcher (UX Researcher) to support end-to-end research activities. We are building a platform that connects shippers, brokers, and carriers and provides tools and technology to make their lives easier.

Responsibilities: *
- Collect, consolidate, and document research findings into an easy to read and actionable format;
- Facilitate usability testing sessions, this includes scheduling and coordinating user interviews, managing the research timetable, and taking notes.
- Gather data from usage analytics and document findings in a format that can be shared across cross-functional teams;
- Analyze latest tools and technology available for research and testing;
- Work with the Sr. Director of User Experience and Sr.



UX Researcher to build a robust user-research foundation at Turvo;

Basic Qualifications: *
- 1.5+ years experience conducting both qual and quant-based user research for SaaS products;
- A masters/ post-graduate degree in a related field such as Journalism, English, Cognitive Psychology, HCI, Product Design;
- Recent graduates with a master’s degree and internship experience will be considered.
- Have 1 to 2 case studies / samples of your work that highlight the business problem, the outcome, your role, and the research methodologies you applied. These can be on your website or sent to us electronically as a PDF or slide deck.

- You have a passion for understanding people and are always looking for ways to connect with them;
- You are a self-starter who thrives on articulating abstract ideas through research inquiry;
- You have 1.5+ years of experience conducting user research for
