Business Context

Unilever’s Legal Team is a global operation consisting of approximately 480 lawyers covering, among other key areas:
- Lawyers based in nearly all of the operating company territories of the Unilever Group;
- Specialist legal teams grouped into a central resource unit. This team includes such teams as: M&A;, Brand Protection, Group IP, Business Operations (including global procurement, supply chain and internal procurement), and
- These teams are supported by a variety of external legal supports, ranging from shorter-term contact lawyers, to panels of contracted supports, to specialist LPO providers, and also law firms.

The current role will provide legal support to lawyers globally primarily in the Key Fields summarised here below. The applicant can be either a lawyer with an interest in legal operations, or can also be an experienced paralegal (who is not
