Job Title: Site Supervisor - Solar

Responsibilities:
- Supervise rooftop solar installation work at project sites
- Manage technicians and installation teams on-site
- Ensure quality, safety standards, and timely project completion
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Handle net metering process and documentation with DISCOM
- Maintain daily site progress reports and material records

Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years experience in solar installation projects
- Solid knowledge of solar systems and net metering procedures:
- Ability to manage multiple sites
- Basic documentation and reporting skills
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license required
